Shipping within Australia is free. If you require delivery by courier or overnight delivery, then the cost will be added at the time of invoice. In all instances we will notify you of the expected delivery time, based on the information we have at the time of processing your order. Silver Direct uses Australia Post or FedEx both of whom provide a tracking system.

Returns & Replacements
Any problems with items you receive must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. We guarantee a money back refund providing the product is received back within this time frame and in original condition. Return postage will be at the customers expense.
Once you have placed your order, you will be sent a confirmation email. An additional email will also be sent to you once your order has been despatched. This will have a date and tracking number. If you are unable to find your order via the tracking system, please contact us and we will gladly follow up on your behalf.
